Upside?LRE has a lot more upside then the majors but is higher risk. I tell ya I can not see that more of downside here. If LRE were to sell tomorrow what could we get? Morning Star has a fair value of $3.90 and thaat is probably dirt cheap. In reality if a offer of $5.00 came in tomorrow it might be considered. I truly believe that you will never see a more undervalued company then ours. We could double in a couple of days where a major stock could never do that.
