Punjabi - those are my words exactly about those two oil companies they kicked the can down the road...
Again I repeat, LRE must eliminate not cut the dividend then it may have a fighting chance but I still give it less than 10% of making it out alive even if they do eliminate it.
I don't see oil bouncing back to 75-90 anytime soon, so on a prolong period of low oil prices most oil companies need to eliminate the dividend.
I do see LRE going to .50c then to zero - yes I will be shorting it once again, there's a sucker bounce on this coming but that's when it ends.
