there may be some validity to waiting but a lot of these JR's have been pounded pretty hard, most of the worst is now priced into mkt and i think u will start to see some pushback from the producers with limiting supply reducing cap expences and even shutting in some production, the Mkt is about to turn and when it does there will be some pretty quick upside to be had.
I do not see a buck $1.00 for this one in the future, u might concider starting to accumulate u can always average down if your prediction turns out right
