I did not buy LRE for its dividend & I truly can emphasize with those that did  'cause I've been suckered in howbeit with a different company ATP.
I keep saying it; the DRIP is garbage & this proposal of oil stamps a joke. Do not buy small & mid tier companies for their dividend payouts because they cannot be sustained or weather storms. Learn a lesson from these times.

LRE is still a good buy but nobody & I mean nobody can predict where the price of oil is going. The market is a gamble so listen to Pat Benetar "Hit Me With Your Best Shot!"

Instead of running me down - produce the financials, I will always listen to meaningful dialouge whether I agree or not.
