RE:LRE and shorts. problem solve just move all the shares to DRS... great idea! why don't all companies do that then? makes you really wonder.
right. you seem to be under the impression that retail investors (the buy side) are the ones that moves this stock on the daily basis and you're assuming that people are still shorting on these levels and you're assuming that shorts will panic in droves and for run for cover. Well here's a chart where those shorts positions are:
so let's assume all of sudden, all retail moves their stock in DRS because you know - don't want your shares shorted, then this happens?
wow that's some rip, that's better than any bio or tech trades that I've straddled.
but wait, why accumulate why not go all in on it? what's the point of accumulating - remortgage the house, sell your possessions and sell all other stock you own and go all in on it - because if everyone just move their LRE stock over to DRS then problem solve, stock goes back to $5 by eod tomorrow at latest wednesday.
why $5? well according to mr. reflect using book value is all that matters and all other metrics are not used, after all value takes time to get notice by the markets. ok, he said 3.70 but what about those folks that bought at $5 and up? right scr*w those guys.
