RE:RE:Watch the Insider TradingIt's CIBC house again.   They added almost 2 million shares over the last week and they are up for more.  The interesting thing is that their large bids last week at .75 got chewed up right away, and they even picked up a lot at .73.   Today, not so many biters at .75.  If Franklin Resources is still selling, it could disappear quickly after they get out of bed.

Who knows who it might be.  FF is certainly a possibility.  It's never a smart bet to trade on a takeover speculation but the odds are reasonably good on this one with all signs pointing to a major transaction of some sort, including the possibility of a takeover.
