RE:RE:RE:RE:well its interesting that they talk about lre on bnn?????Reflect, The biggest mistake you make is lumping all the assets into the same class

Oil assets are worth more than gas in this market  So when you figure out your price  per flowing you have take that into consideration. Plus you have to look at declines,reserves infastructure land ect. thats the NAV

This means in LRE's case their oil would bring around 75,000 per flowing their gas 

25 to 35,000 per flowing. 

As you can see I have a thick skin or I would have put you on ignore a long time ago. I have been a trader for 25 years retired at 38 so I think I kinda know what I am talking about.
