RE:RE:Question PS: as a note TisGranpa: The usual number thrown out is 10% in a take over bid (lets just forget MIE is a foreign co.). Anyways, MIE would buy at market price to acquire the number of shares needed & so sp would increase to lure owners to sell & shares would be available for MIE to buy. And we are talking a significant amount of shares with an all out purchase price in mind by MIE for LRE. Instead, LRE is diluting & selling shares in a private placement with future options.
As I’ve boughten & still buying down its been like pulling teeth. I meet resistance everytime & yet the sp price keeps falling. Fear mongering by analysists for personal gain with biased & unsubstantiated proof & heresay evidence along with a corrupt TSX & boughten off Securities Exchange, politicians & Law Enforcement have led to a unwarrented attack on LRE resulting in a demise of sp. The low volume of share trading over the year reflects this & its drastic implication on LRE sp.
The TSX is so corrupt & incapacitated its disgusting. The TSX & the Securities Exhange Commissions are literally destroying “free market enterprize” in the Cdn. Oil & Gas Industry & confidence of small investors that the playing field is "level."
