Your explanation is full of holes. MIE knew full well of LRE’s “Strategic Asset Rationalization” initiative & full well of market conditions etc. – nothing was hidden or in the dark. After renegging on the first agreement why would they even bother  with a second agreement.  What are they lonely & seek company like the many Bozos we have plauging this board.

Like I said before; all I see is a pathetic old man who doesn’t even know how to make a deal. After the first fiasco one would think it would be a given that LRE would get the escrow money periode – no questions whatsoever.
What a joke Andrew is & what kind of childish games are he & MIE playing. Andrew & the present BoD have got to go. They are an embarasement – nothing but fools.
