RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Odds updateShlinker; yes I am very upset with Andrew & the LRE BoD & have voiced it many a times.
But I'm not out to twist or distort info or spread false rumors.

The second deal with MIE was negotiated & recommended by LRE CEO Andrew & the LRE BoD & credit facilities were ammended & approved by the lenders with the 100 mil to be applied to the debt. Also, to further credibiltiy, 10 mil was forwarded by MIE to be put into escrow.

For all intensive purposes & the above reasoning this was a bona fide deal with the lenders & LRE mgt. approval and scheduled for a vote to seek final approval as written & promised by LRE CEO Andrew & the LRE BoD.
Nowhere does it state that the LRE CEO Andrew & the LRE BoD & unamed ":purchasers" from Communist Red China & unamed "certain shareholders" had the power to thwart this deal.
Like I keep saying; this reeks of insider trading, embezzlement, conflict of interest & sharing of pertinent investment information to only certain people & not everybody else.
