RE:RE:RE:Looks like we are entering home stretch here

While I think we would all rather have it close sooner rather than later, I'm not so confident it will close early. In fact, I suspect it'll either be towards the end of April, as projected, or delayed as much as 2 weeks into May. Of course I hope I'm wrong and will gladly take some egg on my face for suggesting otherwise.

Admittedly, part of this is based on another one of my stocks, Sunridge Gold Corp, which is in a similar situation as it's a Canadian company effectively being bought out by the Chinese. Albeit, it's a mining company and the structure of the purchase is different, but also smaller in scale ($70ish mil). They're effectively jumping through similar hoops in terms of regulatory approvals and while they were ahead of us by about a month in terms of shareholder approval of the purchase, their slated close ended up being delayed until approx April 18th.

Depending on the reason for the delay with Sunridge, it's possible there's a regulatory approval overlap that may also delay the LRE purchase. That said, let's hope that with Sinoenergy's presence in Canada that they were able to expedite the process so we may close early or meet the original projection of the end of April.
