If you translate the above news, SinoEnergy filed document and expected the deal to be closed on May 26, 2016. Sinoenergy had plan to cover all funds in a timely manner.

It is not common for Investment Canada to extend 2 times and could extend one more time to approve this deal. Very likely BNK will face the same hurdle.
