That type of investment has a specific name (Merger Arbitrage)... I have gathered a few investors interesting in these type of deals... I will be creating a facebook page with all of us in order to communicate information in a timely and easy matter... The more we are on the lookout for the deals, the easier it gets...  I was recently able to capitalize on SGC and PMI and their special situation... So far, I really can't complain, these investments have served me great.
