With respects to LRE I am quite familiar with the company and didnt need Quantum's advice. 
I knew far too well the company was not handled managed as effectively as could be, but being in a capitalist society we have no choice but to think of our own interest.  

However, the company is fortunate to have found a buyer to salvage whatever we can at a reasonable profit and learn from this experience.  LRE managed well to find an agreeable price all beat pretty cheap but still enough for all shareholders to come moderately unscathed if they kept averaging down in the low periods which i happend to do.  

I have always kept myself abreast with what management has been doing and it is a matter of time before its all behind us Hopefully.
