Cost per Barrell

From Sept 30 2014, Management's Discussion and Analysis, page 15 and 16
Operating costs are expected to average $13.50/Boe for 2014
G and A expense expected to average $2.80/Boe
Depletion rate for 2014  $20.70/Boe. Costs accociated with the development of oil properties to replace depleted oil, which I assume is the CapEx. Is tha correct to assume?
From page 26, G&A is $3.92
Interst $2.36
Transortation costs $1.65
Royalties $6.05

When I use $3.92 instead of $2.80 for G&A the total cost per Boe comes out to $48.18
I estimate that the cost of the dividend is an additional $5.86 so total is now $54.04
I would like them to come out and say they are going to suspend the dividend till prices go back to say $75/Barrell and build a cash balance of 10% of their net debt. for a cushion.
The CEO William Andrew has 417000 shares and a director John Brussa holds 839,841

Now  do they sell at WTI or WCS?

I welcome any comments

The differance of $1.64 doesn't sound like much but at 38,000 boepd it lowers yearly cash flow by $23 mil. Why does a company ...more
