Same was happening with LTS and BTE.  All three high-debt companies sold hard into the close and recovered a bit in the last few seconds.   Lots of "sell on close" orders and crosses.  Obviously some don't want to hold for Monday's opening and hold risk over the weekend.
Comment by kylerollwagen on May 29, 2015 5:41pm
excuse me, "obviously " u say don't want to hold over weekend - what big risk is on the weekend - that is right nothing - so enough of your obviously when you have no clue

Could of sold it anytime today for more money. Why wait till just before close.
Comment by ppp on May 29, 2015 5:48pm
Oil up big time, no risk holding over the weekend

Shorts are getting scared. LRE is a great investment. Don't be scared by their manipulated tactics. Anytime you start doubting just look at that that rubbish paper lion SPE. The best they can produce is 10.000 BOE/d with 264 million shares out. SPE has no valuable properties with life expiring wells coming to an end. SPE pays no dividend, has no growth and yet is worth more according to the ...more

It happened to TBE as well,it dropped 10% just before the close. LTS,LRE and TBE all had RBC doing a large flip afterwards????

Now this is getting good. We got the "Rotten egg back." Wilwal how many personalities do you have. What a laugh this is becoming. theFabergegg, wilwal & shlinker there's got to be more of you. Fruitloops galore. Welcome to the funny farm. What a joke this is turning out to be.

Wilwal, your posts are awesome. You are the best. We are getting rich together. Your pal, thefabergegggie

I expected someone would question the "risk over the weekend" and we have a couple of takers so I shall explain in spite of the nasty replies. First of all, when you enter a position in a stock, any stock, you take on risk.  I think people who bought into this stock at $5 know exactly that holding a stock means risk.  If you don't know that, you should just spend your ...more

wilwal - no one is buying your weekend bs.... daytraders ? lol they wouldn't be that kind of volume - these were big boys with an agenda

Conspiracy theories are for paranoid people.   If you examine the final trades, many of them are same-house crosses.   Those have no effect on price direction. Sorry, sentiment has turned short term negative, hence the selling.  There are no boogeymen out there.  This represents a buying opportunity for everyone else.

Fruitloop wilwal they got a funny farm for you where they will take care of you. It's over - you are exposed. Please tell us where you live. We are good people & will send the police over to pick you up. They will look after you. Schizophrenzia is nothing to be ashamed of; we know you need help & we want to help.

There were big sellers in USO and other oil etfs today.  The comment is that traders are taking advantage of the recent runup in oil price in advance of the OPEC meeting June 5, in case it's negative.   I think Canadian E&Ps were down because oil drilling rigs in Canada increased by 29 while they fell in the USA by 13.  I can't believe there's only 646 rigs drilling ...more

Awesome to get an intelligent post on this board iwpete.  They are few and far between here. It will get all sorted out around $70-75 and will likely decline as shale gets more efficient.  That's why conventional companies like LRE have to get tough: get rid of debt and put the screws to cost.   With no action here, we are headed for .50 and will stay there until management ...more

Wilwal take your medication. I told you they got a nice little comfy room & little Schlinker will be there to talk to you. I don't like to be mean but you are a fruitcake. That's the first thing you have to admit, be truthful to yourself - you are schizo hey! - there is help; do you really really expect normal rational people to listen to you. Then we'd all be crazy - and that ...more

Most likely end of the month window dressing by some fund. The  rest of the companies traded sideways or up to day.
