anyone reading the June 1 news release can take no solice in the somber tone of the release ending with" Long Run's Board and management continue to examine strategic and financial means to improve the capital structure of the Company." The team must be using a lot of deodorant these days.....

When I read the news release, I didn't feel it was somber but then again different people can get several interpentations from the same words.

Exactly. To me it means the board and management are looking to improve its financial situation. Could be through the disposition of assets, and/or a restructure through JV. I don't think a financing or share roll-back are possibilities at this time. Well not until the try to sell some assets.There's plenty of companies with cash looking - Take ARC for instance. LRE could always throw in a ...more
