Sold all my positions

Took about a 10k$ loss and sold all my positions today. Put my $$ into CPG. Given the market conditions, i dont expect oil to recover anytime soon. I dont think LRE is in a position to hold on for a few more years in this environment.

CPG is attractive at current prices. it will take me a few years of div payments to recoup my LRE losses, but in growth potential alone, ill come out ahead. CPG is well poised to weather the commodity environment, LRE is not.
