Possibility?

Raise cash at a dime or nickel.  Cut costs to nothing and focus on collecting money owing.  After that, then focus on work again?

See if Brad will donate/fianc some cash to the company?  He was well paid for many years.  

Maybe Brett can donate/finance some cash too?  He was well paid too.

If there is virtually no debt, then will the tech be sold for some compensation to shareholders?  How much is the tech worth?

I am all for them spending their own money to salvage the pieces but you would have to be crazy to participate further in a financing after their track record.    You aren't betting on a horse in  race, you are betting on Elmer Fudd riding a donkey. It has been well over ten years of failure, in both bull and bear markets.   There excuses don't cut it.  ...more

It will be hard to sell a company that can not or has not made money. If you go back and look most of the patents have expired. So the question is what can they sell?
