Its goals are very similar to WELL: it wants to refine, change and improve how patients manage and control their treatment and health journeys, and helping doctors digitize the process as well. Basically, the arrangement is a collaboration. WELL and Orion will share ideas and product development, potentially offering each other's products in their own market.
