I'm not worried about the SP, because i'm not selling, but i need to see the plan for progression. If you are an active investor and voted on the share repricing at the AGM, what did you base your vote on? What criteria did you have that justified managament recieving a big bonus... taken right from the shareholders pockets to boot. Regardless of how big or how small we need to be able to point to progress of a company this size. If we are meeting or exceeding expectations thats a WIN... if we aren't, we need to change course. That is a pretty common approach to business...
