Reality Check ...
The Preface ...
INT market cap = 160M
Ortsbo minimum valuation = 210M
INTs average SP in June, 2011 = 70c (250M shares)
INTs average SP for Oct/Nov = 50c (310M shares)
So what happened over the past several months, was DL alseep at the wheel??
- New management expertise
- 40M at PP of 1.20
- Ortsbo user numbers increased 1M to +40M (conversion to cloud platform)
- Mobile Apps available on virtually all smart phone devices (numbers yet to be released for 020)
- Mango set to launch
- 040 sales (10M copies available)
- SaaS deal completed
- China Education Television investment
- WordPress partnership
- Lexiphone acquisition
- Multiple patents pending
- Branding through Live and Global events
- Ortsbo spin-off with significant INT stake, potentially on the Nasdaq
- Special Ortsbo dividends
- Increased KNCTR users from 250K to a projected 4-5M (only North American focus)
- AdTaffy inconjunction with DealFrenzy (yet to be a focus)
- Magnum division acquires CapThat technology
Anyone who fails to see the INT upside does not belong on this board. Millions are invested far above the current SP and there are people saying that INT is a 'risk'. How the F*CK is there any risk?? Someone out there please tell me how there is risk, so I can atleast stop looking at the SP day-in-day-out and pondering if I'm a raving lunatic.
Stay long and strong, the choice is obvious.
