WESTKAM GOLD CORP. ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Westkam Gold Corp. intends to raise up to $1-million by way of non-brokered private placement of up to 8,333,333 units at a price of 12 cents unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant exercisable at 20 cents per warrant share for a period of five years following the close of the offering. The company may pay a finder's fee of cash, shares and/or warrants to eligible finders as permitted under applicable securities laws and TSX Venture Exchange policies. Proceeds from this offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
