News release was on Dec 2, 2019. I questioned myself on my original post, however is the stock going to fly now? What's with the drastic change in share price?

Drastic change in stockprice??? It's down even. You got 1 share back for every 35 you did hold. So the old 350,000 someone had has now been reduced to 10,000 only. Alas, next thing that happens will be placement at 10 cents and more dilution.

Its called a reverse split indy1000, companies do this for a couple reason, for example, to prevent getting delisted from the exchange, it makes it seem like the stock/company has value, another reason is to make the stock look attractive for new investors.. to decrease the share float so new investors see its a low number of shares outstanding and that will trigger buying. rarihakwats is right on. There has to be a money raise for this to continue. And..probably more than one. On the other hand a major discovery is what it is all about and it can only be done by having cash in the bank. gl
