What stood out for me... is that updated numbers have it at about 4x the users than previously estimated.

With Carnaval coming up... from what I know (culturally) it's the time to have fun and party and let loose before the beginning of Lent.. seems like a good time as any to allow people to smoke the stuff... plus, with all the ad campaigns around.

Should be interesting next couple of weeks.

If they don't call anything by end of February I'm taking whatever I have and leaving.
