Hey everyone! So I called+598 2900 0000 which is the number listed on icclabs.com under contact information at the bottom of the page. It was answered by an automated voice message system. It gave multiple extension options in Spanish and it sounded like there was no mention of any names associated with ICC or ICC itself. Riht after, the automated message was relayed in English. Again there was no mention of ICC. After all the extension options were said there was a brief pause and then the phone started ringing on the other end. Some guy answered in Spanish and I asked if he spoke English and he said no and hung up. I actually called twice to make sure I dialed the right number.
