How many shares outstanding?

How many shares, fully diluted does ICC have? The stockhouse shows about 6 million but other sources say 121 million? Which one is correct.

I just check my bmo investment line Morningstar report and it's listed as a 7 million market cap , and 6.200k outstanding shares, then I checked tmxmoney and if I read right it says it has 112+ million . shares and a 127198461 market cap. Sh-t I'm confused! I was assuming it had a 7 million market cap as list on my bmo but now unsure. I will be contacting company to clarify. They do ...more

There's 121million shares. Here's a crazy idea...how about you go to the ICC website and click on the investors link. Or send the company an annoying email, whichever is easier.

RBC platform shows 112.6 million shs outstanding but float is only 70.915 million, meaning approx 40 million shs are held by insiders and not regularly traded (at least that's my take on the sitcheeation).
