Aphria buys out Nuuvera and gets one step closer towards ICC

Aphria can't stand to only have agreements, they want the whole pie. So they trashed their agreement with Nuuvera and simply bought them out. Odds are good that Aphria will buy want to buy out ICC.

I would rather see ICC grow as one of the first South American companies . It's share potential would be huge compared to a buy out price of stock .

Aphria also said that the deal would benefit from Nuuvera's international partnership, supply and sale agreements in medical cannabis markets worldwide including Germany, Italy, Spain, Malta, U.K., Israel, URUGUAY , and Lesotho.
