Quarterly results

Most important things:

- big extraction lab is expected to be finished by the end of October
- small extraction lab already received the GMP certification from the ministry of health and now waits for authorization to start the production

- Construction of 124.000 sq ft. greenhouse in Columbia finished in July 2018
- effective in August 2018, the Uruguayan Government increased the domestic sale price for recreational cannabis by 6.83% per gram
- On August 16 ICC labs signed a purchase agreement with Phama Binoide S.L., a Spain based hemp producer to buy 20 tons of CBD dry flowers at an average price of 18.700$ per ton. ICC also obtained an option to purchase the company for for 1.800.000$ to be paid through the issuance of common shares

Nice filings and a few updates which was needed and calming, although they are WAY behind on extraction facility consturction, oh well, I was also hoping we would be pumping out CBD by now in the temp. lab. It seems this Ministry approval / entire process has been dragging on a bit ... Biological assets is where the money is @ !! I'm most interested to see if we buy the other 75% of ...more

Best news (for me anyways), is that there's no mention of us selling our company for pennies to Aurora. ICC marches on with the master plan to dominate the CBD oil industry!
