Halted right now. NP, sold at $1.88 and if need to will buy back in, probably at $1.88 if there is reason too. Didn't want to get stuck in a several day HALT as the deal formalizes. Too much action in other areas for ($1.95 - $1.88 = $0.06; 3%).
