See you on the ACB board

Water under the bridge as this deal is done. We were played by a better and more skilled management team therefore let's move on. A bit of advice for those looking to sell their ACB shares, I would wait for the dust to settle and ACB to move higher going into the Santa Claus rally, always happens year after year. Aurora is the leader in the cannabis space like or not but they have a lot of moving parts and are lasered focused. GLTA.

when you say sell your shares of acb, does that mean you got aurora shares for your icc ones. cause all i read up untill last nr was 1.95 cash pay out. last one i seen the .00265 ish number. i sold at 1.90 ish i think held icc for a year hoping to get more aurora shares but even webbroker told me was just 1,95 payout. some clarification would be awesome thnks

Okay, ICC is now delisted and holdings (shares) are frozen until the transfer, I'm assuming we should have ACB shares by Friday at the latest.

mine cleared today as well. Not sure what you are referring to regarding the 5.0102 price though. I am getting them at the .02162 conversion. No return for me. I am down from the 1.95 that was touted.  Now, what can ACB do for me!
Comment by Fastlane2 on Nov 28, 2018 4:26pm
You are correct Jove about .2162 however your gain or loss is dependant on when you bought ICC. If your comparing the simulated purchase price of ICC at $1.95 then yes you are down, we need ACB at $9.02 to regain that margin or differential.

I don’t get it... if I own 800 shares of ICC, how much will I get ?
Comment by jove on Nov 29, 2018 1:11am
....about 170 shares of ACB.

Don't know how the numbers worked out for you guys on the transition from your ICC shares to ACB? But the share value paid to me was $1.62 not the $1.95 a touted in the circular and all the news releases? I know the 20 day formula applied and if you do the math on that ,the average closing value of ACB was $8.765 not the $7.62 they paid me??? Sure I made money, but not the $1.95 they promised ...more
