WLNS is a cannabis producer that is very under the radar. They just received their industrial hemp license, have a tiny $23M market cap and on 53M shares out. It has has several breakout days and is looking ready for another at $0.44. 

 

They are moving towards establishing cost leadership in hemp processing and CBD extraction as well as global distribution. With so many applications for CBD from make up, to dog treats, to topicals, and drinks there is so much potential here.
