RIO TINTO takeover bid for Walter Energy / 6$ per share

Rio Tinto will make an official bid for Water Energy before the end of october 2014. A Bid at 6$ per share.
In fact, a top executive working for Rio Tinto reported us that Rio Tinto want to lead the coal market in the U.S and block the expansion of BHP Biliton.
