A look at their NRs shows nothing but PPs and stock options for years, not a word about projects. Do they even have any?

Wilton specializes in private placements with one major shareholder! Someone has invested millions of dollars over the last decade with no news of any projects other than rumours of dealings with mysterious business men from Algeria.
