With the second, larger financing in the works, something is definitely in the works.  Would expect this to be active over the coming weeks.

I agree summitking. Assuming that it is Libya that Wilton is looking at. There has been plenty of advancements recently with regards to ramping up production. The NOC lifted the force majeure at the Sabah field, C12 field restarted after a long hiatus, and the main oil pipeline is operational in the North hamada field. DOC there isn't any doubt that Wilton is in Libya is there? The stock is showing a heck of a lot more energy than it has for the last few years which is positive but we could use some news. I can remember the CEO R. Anderson said at the last AGM that Wilton was advanced in their negotiations  with the Libyans  but that was almost a year ago. Its time!!!!!!

Most likely Libya is the play! I also listened in on the AGM last June and liked what was discussed. The time factor has been a major concern, but it appears that most of the managements fan club is still holding. The size of the current financing makes me believe that a deal is close and the situation over in Libya is getting better for business. I can't see any negatives from my perspective, ...more
