Doc I believe you have summarized the situation right on. Rumor is that a secondary PP is being concluded as the recent PP was way over subscribed.
I still expect the deal to be concluded this quarter as momentum grows following Ramadan.

The trading is odd in this one. People are definitely buying and it seems wanting to drive the price higher, however, sellers (I'm assuming people that have held this way too long and with no information) continue to sell. Here's to hoping that buying volume continues and/or the sellers dry up.

I think that the closing of the financing is great news. The books are up to date and we have some capital in the coffers. Hopefully what comes next is worth the wait.

Wow King Beer you still have a burr in your butt, guess that furlough didn't do too much for your anxiety? Maybe a longer holiday than a weekend is required? Relax and pick up a few more shares you can get another weekend holiday at the Mall. If you can find some nerve it may be a good time to day trade your favorite stock. Best of Luck

It has always been quiet as far as news releases except for PPs. This large PP should carry Wilton for some time. Is there any mention about an AGM? A contact of mine tells me that the CEO is in Libya as we speak, hope that's true but can he get anything done? If the past dictates the future i don't think he can.I

They have up to 15 months from the date of last AGM to have the next AGM. June 16, 2023 was the last date. Should be announced anytime! As far as anything getting done immediately, I wouldn't hold my breath, but anything is possible.

If the CEO is indeed in Lybia then I would assume that has to be good news. Seems like lots of deals happening over there and now would be a good time to get something moving forward.
