CUP AND HANDLEWPM has had a strong TA formation of cup/handle. I believe that the beat down with the help of Randy's change of negative policy, disclosure, delayed what should have been a breakout to new highs, not the languishing to get to new highs! The math will be placed under a microscope going forward by those who have awaken to the fun and games with WPM. It should be interesting going forward in my view. All in my opinion of course.
