Yes, like 4 months or more if they're looking at Feb 12 for entering a "Definitive Agreement" for the acquesition and still more to do after that. Lots of hurdles to cross and lots of money to come up = lots of time. AirBeams major shareholder is also intent on having a piece of the pie for his shareholders so that'll be more wheeling/dealing and time consuming.  But,

Ok, good for Airbeams and big for TraceSafe, what can I as a WPN share holder get? Airbeams need us, if they go away from the deal, by than , we dont have money on hands.  5G and smart city are nothing to do with WPN, they only need us as a shell. Ok, why we need this deal?

Good question Birdpro.  Whatever happened to "On Track - On Time" or "Sales of the Sentinel TM Vision Camera alpha-version to key partners of First Responder are expected to begin in December 2020."  That's what I invested my money in based on what they were promoting and going to sell. Now, without notice just when sales were to start this month

The pp was really readlly bad, and I don't think WPN only worth 6.8m,   I think Airbeam will value us based on the closing price last Friday --- Which really no fair. and no way, I dont undersatnd this CEO, WE don't need Airbeam, we are about to Sale of the Sentinel TM Vision Camera alpha-version to key partners of First Responder and the SP will follow. Airbeams ties in very nicely to WPN. I don't see this as negative to WPN at all. They're stronger with Airbeam than without. Airbeam is between 200-300M valuation and has a major political insider on the board(stockwell Day). They can execute on the safey products and get government contracts better than WPN alone.

This is depending on how Airbeams value WPN, THE rate of split. I hold 300,000 plus WPN shares, I dont know how much those shares worth on Airbeams IPO day.

Yes, there's no doubt that Airbeam & wpn fit well together and I'm sure they'll be a successful company once they get going. But I have to agree with Birdpro as I'm concerned too about with how many shares I'll be coming out with and how much they'll be worth when our "new company" starts trading again in maybe 2 -3 months down the road.  I'm
