The last news release says they are currently in breach of their bank covenant. Hopefully the 11 cent bid has nothing to do with it.

Consolidated exercised their warrants in December @ 15 cents and have since sold about 500k at prices over 20 cents. Don't think it has anything to do with what the company is doing, just smart ...more
