As for a ASX and WPP combination, it would be problematic but not impossible with mineral properties in the ASX vehicle.  Why not just finance WPP given that ASX has dough in the bank?  Perhaps an issue at this level to assist in the possible purchase from NOG and ramping up drilling?

Just a thought. . .
