$4.46 - Where's the Bottom

I'm surprised we've lost 7-8% since last week. Are we going sub-$4? Does that make any sense?

perhaps they haven't gotten around to announcing the end of the Cummins deal ?  Doesn't help having an IR person who doesn't return calls
