I agree. I think once they get the Viscositor up and running things will get exciting. I think the testing they have lined up is impressive. NORWAY We are continuing our negotiations with Hydro ASA to be the first to test samples of two oil types. We are expecting to have the formal contract shortly. VENEZUELA We plan to travel to Venezuela at the end of June in order to discuss the contract for testing PDVSA’s heavy oils as well as models for establishing a Venezuelan company for production of a plant for Venezuela. It is not possible predict the outcome of these negotiations, but our agent in Venezuela is confident that we will reach an agreement. KUWAIT After the summer vacation, we plan to visit Kuwait in order to present the technology to experts from the Kuwait Oil Company. The meetings are being organized by our agent Al Nasseria Petroleum Services Co. CANADA In Canada, several additional companies are lined up for testing their oils during second half of 2007. ITALY We have been approached by the Italian state owned oil company ENI/AGIP to demonstrate the technology, as they have several heavy oil fields with 15 API oils.
