RE: 19 million dollar lossThe loss didn't surprise me too much.
The reason it is so big is because new accounting rules make it very difficult to leave Goodwill, technology and other intangibles on the balance sheet.  Not like the good old Nortel days.

Anyway I am hearing great things about the new water remediation plant that is currently in operation.  If it pans out the way people expect then the SP is going to fly.
