RE: Dawn

RE: DawnEveryone has theories about the dropping share price. Some theories are all about hopeful thinking. One of the most widely used theories is that the dropping share price is being manipulated. The other is that some poor unsuspected soul needed to sell to pay for his daughter's college and was taken advantage of. This is just another form of the manipulation theory.

Both of these theories have been used over the years time and time again since WSCE was at $1.00. Long time share holders have witnessed over the years that there is a real reason for the drop in price from $1.00 and I think its amazing that long time share holders still adhere to the manipulation thinking.

I am hopeful that eventually this dropping share price will turn and reverse, but I also understand that this management team can fail (again, like in the past) and this stock could go worthless. Its pretty damn close to being worthless now and its down this low for a reason.

So here is my theory, the dropping share price reflects the possibility that a sale of a unit is further down the road than what most people expected. You get it? Folks aren't buying this stock for a reason. I am also convinced that it reflects the lack of confidence in this management team. I doubt that this management team will suddenly become stellar. I suspect that they will struggle with every single growing phase they go through unless they bring in new people. Share price in my opinion reflects this more than anything.

Rob Power(I think) and Dalati are steps in the needed change in management but, is this enough? Are these two capable? We really don't know and again, the share price reflects this uncertainty. So far R Power has proven to make mis-statements and mis-calculations like the people before him so at this point I'm not so sure he is the answer for this beleaguered management team. Dalati gives share holders new hope that he can be someone that brings this company to the next level. But this guy is up in age and I wonder if he has the drive to take this company to higher levels. It all remains to be seen and the share price as usual reflects this.
