My two cents

My two centsOverall I saw the 10Q filing as a glass half full. It is good to see they are making sales and hopefully lots more in the last 3 quarters. I hear the product is moving and companies are happy with it. However that information may not be accurate. Also glad to see they have a decent cash position and are forecasting a reasonable cash requirement for working capital and operations. The forecasted sales for the DCR900 for 2004 was only $12 Million and $25 M for 2005. You may have noticed that this information is no longer posted on the website. As for the Vasjar transactions I heard that the sellers are going to sign off on the restricted shares even though the agreement was for free trading shares (2,400,000 delivered Apr 29). It seems to me that if the product is as good as the rumours then who cares if the shares are free trading or restricted. The future revenue and huge potential for growth will drive the share price up. I was also informed that the shares issued for finders fees 1,500,000 were done under Regulation S which means they are restricted from trading for 2 years. Therefore there is initiative for management to make this Company fly. I did not research whether this is what Regulation S meant. Anyone in the know please comment. Hopefully my rose colored glasses aren't distorting the picture too much. Keeping my fingers crossed.
