How bad?

They have nearly 75% of the shares and they still don't know how to fire somebody. How bad is that? Jack don't know jack.

Have we been told that firings are being done?So far all I have heard about is the desire to meet and figure out what to do.Even if firings or resignations are on the table I would be leary of pushing that button without considering things like severence pay and orderly transitions. Even though its fun to run around and yell "HEADS WILL ROLL!!!"....they rarely do ...more

We have not been told that firings are being done but it has been strongly suggested on this bd that wescorp has been and is trying to get certain people to step down. This is substantially beyond "desire to meet and figure out what to do". They should have had a plan and figured out the options before filing the 13d. Either the filers have a case against the deadwood mgmt or they don ...more

The best I can make out from last qtly report is that rob power is making some 300k per yr. This is crazy for obvious reasons and the shareholders should do something about that pronto.

I was not suggesting that you were yelling anything stockdom. I was speaking from the perspective of those that filed the 13D. I am sure they have a plan but frankly the kinds of numbers that are being bandied about as financial compensation are enough to tube this company. It will depend heavily on whether the people being asked to step down are thinking of US or THEM. If I could get that kind of ...more
