already at .18 today, so not too far off from moving into the .20s as we get closer to getting this deal done. 2013 could be a huge year for us.

bids have been firming up nicely. L2 looks very clean with .17 facing .24 Just need this deal to close and then it's off to the races. Do your own due diligence always and good luck.

once they can close on the deal and financing for the project then this one could be substantially higher. Risk is that the deal falls apart in which case the sp may tumble back down. I like the risk ...more
