I'd think it would be different for a public company. As a director, they'd have a fiduciary duty to the shareholders, and this would seem to not be in the best interest of the company.   ...more

no it doesn't  the value doesn't fluctuate.  It's a pretty determined ratio of WL shares to WeGrow shares. the stip was WeGrow needed to raise money to get the deal done.  ...more

yes, but its all based upon what westleaf trades at.  Westleaf wants the deal to close otherwise it will all be a bunch fees that accomplished nothng.
