RE:Just what is going on???Actually it is the fundamentals that have killed this company off . They lost 16 million last quarter.
They have never posted a profit .....on water ! .
The expenses amounts and COS is not supportable or understandable. Unless Shaq got 15 million of it.
Now with only 9 million the bank ( remebr they just lost 16) they do a measly 5 million raise at 30% off the current share price and just kill the shareholders!!! How long do you think that 14 million will last ?
They will be back at the trough in July looking for more
They should have went for 100 million ......at least they would still be losing money on water for a couple years.
I have owned this stock. I currently do not.
My advice if my best friend asked me tommorrow.......I would tell him to run .
Sorry but that is just the way I see it . I would not buy at .30 . I think very bad things are about to happen here.
