RE:RE:RE:RE:Xebec Announces $21 Million Bought Deal Public Offering... But appreciate a strategic financial partnership, the Alberta LII and a Bought Deal make a mouthful to munch on, in just four days. Not to mention we'll probably have an acquisition announcement tomorrow or early next week...

27 Nov the SP peaked at $2.42.
5 Dec XBC announced a California MAAS contract
9 Dec the Bought Deal was announced @$2.10 and the SP that day closed at $2.32
10 Dec XBC announced the acquisition of a California-based service company
27 Dec the bought deal was closed
31 Dec the SP closed at $2,15
9 Jan (one month to the day after the Bought Deal announcement) the SP was at $2.55

People can draw their own conclusions and manage expectations based on their respective short, medium and/or long term investment strategies.

My take is XBC will soon announce the acquisition of an Alberta-based service company that will, namely, help serve their LOI-related contract (To be announced) and other business they expect to develop in the province.

My two cents
